A special thank you to Mrs Cuddy who completed a series of lessons with Mrs Boles' Year 5 class on Emotional Regulation. We learnt all about the different zones of regulation and how to appropriately act when we feel in each zone. We finished the 6 lessons with a really fun board game to test our knowledge and the skills we learnt.
