Year 6 completed classmate bingo as an activity for Children’s Mental Health Week. The children had to find someone in their year group who had the items listed on their sheet. This activity was done out in the playground in an effort to get some lovely fresh air. It was also a great opportunity for the children to find a peer who shared common interests. It also gave the children a chance to interact with other members of the year group and have a little chat. We had a class discussion about how it is important to talk to someone when you are feeling sad or overwhelmed. The children loved this outdoor learning activity.
