On Thursday 21st September we had a lovely visit from some of our past pupils who attend Cookstown high School. Chloe, Jasmine, Kathryn, Aine, Jamie and Norman arrived with their teacher, Miss Fields to chat to us about what High School is like and the experiences they have had so far. We heard about the various subjects they love like Art, Music, Home Economics and Technology & Design. We also heard that Jamie has won the Junior Boy’s prize which he will receive on Prize Day. Kathryn also came 3rd in the Texaco Art competition last year. Congratulations Jamie and Kathryn! After some of the children in LSC2 and ASC2 asked a variety of very good questions, the children got to revisit their Yr7 classroom. On the way they were able to complete our new Sensory Pathway and have a quick look at our new Sensory Room. They were so impressed! Thankyou to Cookstown High School for your visit. We are looking forward to our activity mornings at the High School next week.
