Valentine's Disco organised by Parent's and Friends.
For Health and Safety, Child Protection and the children's enjoyment, could we please reiterate that ONLY pupils from Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3 can attend the disco from 6:00-7:00pm. Likewise, ONLY pupils from Year 4, Year 5, Year 6 and Year 7 can attend the disco from 7:15-8:15pm. Children of the wrong age will not be permitted in the hall, even if they are accompanied by an adult. The Parents and Friends Association enjoy hosting these events for the children's enjoyment however, recurring issues with children attending the wrong disco is creating a problem for us to ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone. For Child Protection purposes, only designated members of Parents and Friends are permitted to take photographs of the children during this event.
