SPL2 and SPSC2 were invited to a Take Ten workshop in the library as part of Children’s Mental Health and Wellbeing week. We really enjoyed Alison’s story massage and found it really relaxing. We finished with some yoga to waken us up.
We heard a lovely story and then we all wrote something we were grateful for or loved on a leaf and added it to the gorgeous Positivitree in the library.
We had a great afternoon – thank you Alison and all the staff at Cookstown library!
