This term P5 are taking part in REACH for resilience. We look forward to Aileen coming to visit us every Friday! We have been learning about our emotions and our emotional health. How our emotions can sometimes be big, heavy and hard to handle. Sometimes this makes us not feel so great. Aileen has been giving us lots of strategies on how to cope when this happens.
