Parenting Focus has organised a 1 hour Coping with Christmas session for parents, the aim of which is to provide top tips to manage the stresses associated with the festive season.
The session will be delivered via zoom on Thursday 21st November, from 10-11am.
Please find attached information about a 4 week cost of living programme which will be commencing on Wednesday 20th November, 7-9pm x 4 weeks via zoom.
Key themes include Nutrition & Healthy Eating, Taking Care of the Pennies, Making Ends Meet; Physical & Emotional Wellbeing.
