NI Water talk
On Friday, Rosie from Northern Ireland Water came to visit the Key Stage 2 pupils during assembly. She told us all about the importance of water and tips on how we can reduce our water usage in school and at home. We also learnt to ONLY flush toilet paper down the toilet, not even flushable wipes as they can cause blockages too! We don't want dirty water reaching the sea because of blockages and broken cleaning/filtering machines! A special thank you for all the reusable water bottle the pupils were gifted! They were estatic to receive this gift. Thank you Rosie and NI Water!
Pictured are the school's ECO committee receiving the gifted water bottles.
