Dear Parent / Guardian
This year’s Key Stage 1 Sports Day will take place on TUESDAY 11th JUNE on the High School’s Astroturf pitch. The event will commence at 11am and is scheduled to be finished at 12 noon.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, it would be much appreciated if everyone could follow the arrangements below:
• Parents should enter by the double gate near the bus depot and make their way to the raised viewing area. The running track will be located in the half of the pitch nearest to this area so this should give you the best view.
• The pupils will enter by the gate closest to the High School and will be seated along the side of the pitch nearest to the primary school. Prior to each event the competitors will be mustered on the side of the pitch nearest to the primary school, so we would ask you
to keep this area clear.
• For Health & Safety, as well as Child Protection reasons, ALL pupils must return to school with allocated teacher – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
• If your child requires an inhaler, please make sure that they bring this with them to the High School Astroturf.
• In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified via the school app and the rescheduled date will be Friday 14th June.
