P5 girls have been making posters for our Green Dress up day on Thursday 13th June. Please dress up in as much green as you can.
On our Green dress up day we will be going green in so many ways.
- We will keep lights switched off during the day
- We will not be wasteful of litter or food.
- We will recycle.
- We will enjoy keeping healthy, by going outdoors for some exercise.
You can go Green at home too by saving energy. We are encouraging children to stay off their electrical gadgets, to bring in a packed lunch with no plastic wrappers, so lots of fruit is ideal! Also there will no written homework set on that date, so that children can enjoy outdoor time with their family.
We hope you all have a fun Green day and remember to be kind to your environment and look after it.
