LSC2 class have enjoyed watching the lettuce grow, making sure they watered it frequently, especially during our lovely hot weather. Last week, Heath and Oisin helped Mrs Collins to pick the lettuce. They then sold it to some of the staff who looked forward to using it in their salads. The money they earned will be used to purchase more seeds and seedlings.
